Dr. Kwajalin Brown, DSW, MSW LICSW-S, PIP

 

Dr. K. Nicole (ne-cole) Brown holds degrees in Health Administration, Health Education, Health Promotion, Public Health, and Social Work from The University of Alabama and a Doctor of Social Work from The University of Southern California.  While at USC she studied child sexual abuse, mandatory reporting and how it affects and correlates to teacher education and knowledge of mandatory reporting, classroom behavior, education, growth, and development of the abused child.  From this research, Dr. Brown created the Teachers Child Abuse Reporting and Education Training and correlating lectures, tool kits, short form videos manuals and asynchronous trainings.

Dr. Brown has over 15 years of practice in the field ranging from foster care, adoption, medical social work, forensics, behavioral health diagnostics and treatments and school social work.  She has experience working with adults, adolescents, children, couples, families’, and groups and uses an eclectic yet client specific tool kit of modalities to yield therapeutic results. 

Dr. Brown is currently licensed in Alabama, Idaho, and New Jersey.
