Ashley Adams, NP

I believe that providing meaningful healthcare begins with seeing the whole person—not just a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. As a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the opportunity to care for individuals across the lifespan, from childhood through older adulthood. My experience includes both acute and long-term care settings, allowing me to support patients through a wide range of medical and mental health needs. In my psychiatric practice, I commonly work with individuals experiencing depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, cognitive disorders, the effects of brain injuries, and other mental health conditions. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My goal is to build genuine relationships with my patients and provide individualized care that recognizes each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

My current practice primarily offers telehealth appointments, with in-person options available when appropriate. I offer appointments on weekdays and select weekends to provide flexibility for patients and families. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy shopping, traveling, watching sports, spending quality time with my family and friends, and, of course, spending time with my fur baby. These personal interests keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and enjoying the moments that matter most.
