Deja Leonard, ALC

Deja Leonard is an Associate Licensed Counselor practicing under the supervision of Waynette Smith, Ed.S., LPC-S. She holds a Master of Science degree and is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that meets individuals where they are in their healing journey. As she works toward full licensure, Deja brings a thoughtful and empathetic approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and self-discovery.
Her areas of specialization include faith-based counseling, relationship and family conflict, self-esteem building, BIPOC-centered therapy, and grief counseling. Deja is passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience, empowering them to develop healthier relationships, strengthen their sense of identity, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
