Modalities

 

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) an evidence based practice which assists a client who has been traumatized, desensitizes, and reprocesses their trauma using bilateral brain stimulation (right-left motions).

  • Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is future-focused, goal-directed, and focuses on solutions, rather than on the problems that brought clients to seek therapy.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based practice which assists the client with reconstructing negative thoughts, and negative core beliefs about themselves, the world, or others.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Used by therapists trained in several different treatment modalities to assist individual clients receive the best treatment type for the individual client.

  • Used to assist clients experiencing life issues such as grief, job loss or change, development of life goals, relational concerns , organizational skills, time management, boundaries, communication skills, and behavior modification.
