Modalities

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based approach that helps clients process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories.

Solution-Focused Therapy is a future-oriented and goal-directed approach that helps clients identify strengths, recognize progress, and develop practical steps toward meaningful change.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another while developing healthier thinking patterns and practical coping skills.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping skills. By focusing on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, DBT empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

An eclectic approach allows therapists to thoughtfully combine techniques from multiple treatment methods based on each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Supportive counseling helps clients process life concerns, clarify goals, strengthen communication, improve coping skills, and navigate stress, grief, relationships, and life transitions.
